Salmon調查了英國消費者對電子商務程式化的態度,調查發現:

        超過半數英國消費者表示已經準備好在兩年內接受電子商務程式化(Programmatic Commerce),電子商務程式化是指消費者和企業允許聯網裝置代表自己,根據一些引數和喜好做出購買決策;

        超過1/3的消費者對電子商務程式化在節省時間和金錢方面的潛力非常樂觀;

        在使用程式化購買時,對消費者來說價格比品牌更重要;

        近2/3的消費者表示程式化購買將影響未來智慧裝置選購;

        而且,消費者更信任那些運營程式化購買平臺的零售商。
