Stopping the server on a UNIX system

Note: You must log in as the root user to complete this task.

To stop the server on a UNIX system:

1. Open a command shell.

2. Go to the directory where the server is installed.

The default installation directory is /opt/IBM/SCM/server.

3. Enter the following command: ./scmserver stop
