披薩澆頭的資料視覺化分析,你吃得健康嗎

今天分享一個比較有趣的視覺化作品,資料的來源是YouGov所做的一項針對英國人吃披薩的調研。
Today I’d like to share one of the more interesting visualizations from a YouGov study of pizza eating in the UK.

圖中展示了十種英國人最喜歡的披薩澆頭。而三種顏色的點則標識出女性、男性和平均的喜好程度。以排名第六的義大利辣香腸為例,可以看到女性的偏好是遠遠低於男性的,差距甚至超過50%;而排名第二的洋蔥,則是男女性都非常偏好的一種披薩澆頭,可以說是必不可少的食材。
The chart shows ten of the British favorite pizza toppings. The three colored dots identify women’s, men’s, and average preference levels. Pepperoni, for example, is the sixth most preferred pizza topping for both men and women, with a difference of more than 50%. Onions, the second most preferred pizza topping for both men and women, can be considered an essential ingredient.

此外,圖中還以卡路里和飽和脂肪量為軸建立了食材的營養價值座標系,可以看到,番茄、蘑菇等明顯是健康食品,而之前提到的義大利辣香腸則是一種非常不健康的食品。
In addition, the graph also establishes the nutritional value of the ingredients in terms of calories and saturated fat as an axis, and you can see that tomatoes and mushrooms are clearly healthy foods, while the pepperoni mentioned earlier is a very unhealthy food.

雖然披薩是一種高熱量的食物,但我們還是可以通過選擇健康的澆頭來控制熱量和脂肪的攝入。
Although pizza is a high-calorie food, we can still control our calorie and fat intake by choosing healthy toppings.
