異或高斯消元的板子題。
bitset優化一下,複雜度(O(frac{nm}{32}))
找最優解可以考慮高斯消元的過程,因為異或的特殊性質,每次向下找的時候找到第一個1然後交換就行,這樣顯然是最優的
