系統環境：Redhat Linux 7.5

資料庫版本：19.3

儲存方面的設定：沒有使用多路徑，只是用了UDEV

解釋：

Oracle 解釋是觸發了 BUG 28308320

解決方法：

可以忽略，並且該BUG 已經在20C 上解決！
