MT6168 Product Brief

1 Introduction

MT 6168是一種多模式多波段收發器，提供無與倫比的整合和特徵集，使EBOM在行業中處於最低水平。它完全符合TD-SCDMA HSPA(3GPP Rel. 7)以及支援GSM/GPRS/EDGE模式(GGE)。它與MediaTek的基帶調變解調器積體電路組成，是TD-SCDMA蜂窩使用者裝置的完整晶片組解決方案。四波段GGE和TD-SCDM提供了34、39和40波段的頻率範圍和靈活的頻帶分配。

直接轉換接收機是過取樣Sigma-Delta結構的一部分，它將更多的訊號調理轉移到數字基帶(DBB)，從而獲得最佳的HSDPA吞吐量。直接調製發射機(8 PSK/3g)與低噪聲gmsk恆包絡調製器或dfm(直接頻率調製)相結合，具有很高的調製精度和極低的噪聲。消除了在任何支援的GGE和3G模式中發射SAW濾波器的需要。晶片上的損傷補償是為了保證最優的3G Rx和TX效能.2倍的片上壓控振盪器Lo(Hb)/4xlo(Lb)頻率提供rx和tx段所需的本機振盪器，然後是分頻器，並透過快速解決rf分數npll鎖定到系統基準。
