Responsibilities include:
• Problem analysis in QA and production environment
• Maintenance of existing code
• Coordination of defect fixing for a release
• Drive process for code rollout to site
• Monitoring production releases for new defects introduced
• Performing merges of release code versions
• Identifying areas of improvement
• Developing automation tools
• Lead small teams of release engineers

Education and/or Relevant Experience:
• BS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering or maintaining software projects
• Able to work independently and drive towards results
• Excellent communication skills
• 6+ years of Java
• ClearCase experience
• 3+ years of WebSphere/ISAPI
• XML and XSL experience
• Experience with scripting languages (perl, ANT)
• Familiarity with Windows NT/IIS/WAS
• Organized, goal oriented and a self starter
• Ability to work under pressure
