SAP MM 物料組在採購單據批准策略中的應用

一些項目的用戶想把物料組作為確定批准策略的特性之一。這樣貌似可以實現一些需求，比如，輔料的採購和原材料的採購，可以通過物料組來自動適用於不同的批准策略。筆者認為，這麼做不僅不能達到實現需求之目的，而且還會出現問題：如果同一張採購單裡，各個行項目所包含的物料組各不相同不同，那SAP是如何處理的呢？

For OVERALL RELEASE (purchase order and purchase requisition) the item fields such as Plant and Material Group will be aggregated to header level.

For example you use Plant as one of your characteristics. If all items do not belong to the same plant then the release strategy will not be found unless you have maintained a blank value as one of your allowed values for the characteristic Plant. If all items belong to the same plant then that plant is aggregated to the header; if one or more is different ,then a blank is aggregated to the header.

可以看出，如果一個採購單裡行項目之間的物料組不同的話，系統在確定批准策略的時候對這個欄位是按“空值”來作為選擇策略的標準的。這樣，從邏輯上來講，用物料組作為確定審批策略的特性之一，是不通的。

除非是SAP有辦法在做單據的時候就保證，當前單據上的物料組都是相同的，從根源上杜絕不同物料組的物料出現在同一張採購訂單單據上。很顯然，SAP標準功能是不支援這樣的，需要通過用戶出口實現這一點。
