費曼學習法的核心就是：當你能給人解釋清楚一個概念時，才算完全理解。而你能用英文解釋清楚時，代表你能用母語人的思維方式去解釋一個複雜概念，這個過程中你需要對你的英語表達方式進行整合，並且用口語輸出，這個過程很慢，但對你英語有巨大提升。既能快速學習知識，又能提高英語水平的學習方法， 即費曼學習+英文解釋+刻意練習
步驟：
1.將你要學習的PDF檔案上傳到ChatGPT或者Claude,Kimi 等大模型
2.告訴AI你用費曼學習+英文解釋的方法幫助你理解這篇材料。
提示詞：你是學習專家，我上傳一個PDF給您，對您提問，幫助我解答。請用費曼學習幫助我學習與理解，根據我的指示用中文或英文回答。
3.向AI提問，讓它用英文出問題考你。 屆時還可以使用TTS把對應英語文字轉為語音MP3，練習英文聽力，可以反覆聽到明白為止。
