前言
上週花了半周的時間在處理 PLA 1.2 的問題，實在是噁心的不行。看到很多微信群的朋友也吃了一發這個，而且不知道該怎麼處理。我在這裡把我的方法寫一下。

發件人 Apple

PLA 1.2The Seller and Artist names associated with your app do not reflect the name of the financial institute responsible for this app in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

簡而言之，電商、金融類 APP 的 APP、Seller、Company 名稱要一致。然而我們禮物說的 Seller 和 Company 用的最開始的廣州貼貼資訊科技有限公司。
這一下子就尷尬了，按照蘋果的稽核要求，我們要註冊一個禮物說的開發者證書、申請鄧白氏、然後 transfer 到新賬號下，這沒幾個月是搞不定的，於是就去抱法務大腿，看看有什麼可以證明的。
對策
提交商標註冊郵件
因為先做的禮物說，再註冊的公司。所以禮物說的商標是在老公司名下的，所以找法務要了商標的掃描件。作為申訴證據，提交申訴。

撥開啟發者支援電話
同時，撥打了中國開發者支援電話：4006 701 855，對方說給我一封郵件，照做即可。結果收到了和廢話一樣的如下郵件：

得到了如下郵件，還是要求我們改 Seller name
Hello,
Thank you for providing the documentation. However, you app still needs to be submitted under the official retailer, which is 禮物說 to be in compliant with the App Store guidelines.
The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name “禮物說” in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the 禮物說 brand. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.
Once the issue is resolved, we will proceed with the review.
再次撥開啟發者電話
繼續打 400 和他說我們稽核的情況，告訴他禮物說的註冊商標主體就是我們現在的公司，有檔案可以證明。
且說明 我們不是一家外包公司，是獨立研發獨立運營的
400 客服說知曉了，確實是符合要求的，讓我再和稽核團隊說明情況。
讓他們給我發一封郵件，證明我和他們聯絡過，不需要修改任何資訊
得到了如下郵件：
再次申訴
把截圖和案例編號發給對方，他們說明我確實已經聯絡過開發者客服了，且對方判斷出我不需要修改任何東西。
過了一小時，通過了，且掛在 JSPatch 上了。
最終，去掉 JSPatch 重新提交，通過稽核。
