說明

整個程式碼的流程就是:

  • 定義訓練資料;
  • 定義模型;
  • 定義優化器;
  • 如果是訓練,將模型切換到訓練狀態;model.train(),讀取資料進行損失計算,反向傳播更新引數;
  • 如果是驗證或者測試,將模型切換到驗證狀態:model.eval(),相關計算要用with torch.no_grad()進行包裹,並在裡面進行損失的計算、相關評價指標的計算或者預測;

使用到的一些技巧

取樣器的使用

在訓練的時候,我們使用的是RandomSampler取樣器,在驗證或者測試的時候,我們使用的是SequentialSampler取樣器,關於這些取樣器的區別,可以去這裡看一下:

這裡簡要提一下這兩種的區別,訓練的時候是打亂資料再進行讀取,驗證的時候順序讀取資料。

使用梯度累加

梯度累加的作用是當視訊記憶體不足的時候可以變相的增加batchsize,具體就不作展開了。

不同引數設定權重衰減

有的引數是不需要進行權重衰減的,我們可以分別設定。

warmup的使用

warmup就是在初始階段逐漸增大學習率到指定的數值,這麼做是為了避免在模型訓練的初期的不穩定問題。
