資料庫版本： Oracle 11.2.0. 3 .0

資料庫伺服器作業系統： Windows server 2008

問題現象： 資料庫例項自動關閉，後臺alert日誌報錯如下

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kglic0()+774] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x31] [PC:0x114E8B8] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

問題分析：

檢視MOS，和BUG 13550185 特別吻合；

但是MOS 已經不提供 Windows 平臺的 Patch 13550185

解決方案：

Add init parameter _kghdsidx_count = 1  and restart database.
