Python程式碼中需包含

def get_resource_path(relative_path):
    if hasattr(sys, '_MEIPASS'):
        return os.path.join(sys._MEIPASS, relative_path)
    return os.path.join(os.path.abspath("."), relative_path)

在需要ico路徑的地方，變成函式呼叫，例如：

rootmain.iconbitmap(get_resource_path("feather.ico"))

最後是pyinstaller打包注意一定是--add--binary

pyinstaller --onefile --windowed --add-binary "feather.ico;." yourscript.py
