【Oracle】11gR2的安裝Grid執行root.sh出現ohasd failed解決方案

系統環境：Linux Server release 7.3

資料庫環境：11.2.0.4.0

執行指令碼 /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh，報錯如下：
[root@Oraclelinux ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid

解決方案:
第一步，回退root.sh指令碼操作

[root@Oraclelinux ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/roothas.pl -deconfig -force -verbose
Using configuration parameter file: /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_params
CRS-4639: Could not contact Oracle High Availability Services
CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors.
CRS-4639: Could not contact Oracle High Availability Services
CRS-4000: Command Delete failed, or completed with errors.
CRS-4544: Unable to connect to OHAS
CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors.
Successfully deconfigured Oracle Restart stack


第二步：
在執行root.sh指令碼時出現Adding daemon to inittab的時候，在另一個視窗使用root立即執行以下命令： 
dd if=/var/tmp/.oracle/npohasd of=/dev/nullbs=1024 count=1（等待root.sh成功執行完畢後可以ctrl+c取消這裡的命令）

OK，此時Grid 安裝透過。
