12c rac在安裝grid軟體執行root.sh指令碼的時候出現PRCT-1431，CLSRSC-180

今天在安裝12c  rac資料庫在安裝grid軟體執行root.sh指令碼的時候出現以下報錯：

PRCT-1431 : The Oracle ASM Dynamic Volume Manager compatibility attribute is not set for disk group MGMT.

CLSRSC-180: An error occurred while executing the command 'srvctl add rhpserver -diskgroup MGMT -storage /mnt/oracle/rhpimages -force'

Died at /u01/app/12.1.0/grid/crs/install/orasrvm.pm line 1253.

The command '/u01/app/12.1.0/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/12.1.0/grid/perl/lib -I/u01/app/12.1.0/grid/crs/install /u01/app/12.1.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed

解決辦法：

我是在vm上安裝的   記憶體分配只有3G，而安裝12c資料庫要求每個節點的記憶體至少4G，把記憶體擴大到4.5G以後 ，root.sh指令碼執行成功了。
