Symptoms

After creating a new Supplier, Supplier Site and defining a Contact, the Contact list of values in the Enter Purchase Order form returns the error "FRM-41830 List of values contains no entries"

Cause

Contact record was not linked to the Supplier / Site address.



Solution

-- To implement the solution, please execute the following steps::
Ensure the Contact is tied to the Supplier/Site address
1) Open the Supplier form and click on Contacts.
2) Find the Contact name and click on the Update (pencil) icon to the far right.
This will open a new window.
3) Populate the Addresses for the Contact field and save the changes.[@more@]
