我在SAP專案上常用的告別信格式

筆者從業十多年，參與過的SAP專案近20個。每次專案結束，在最後一個工作日的時候，都會給客戶以及專案組同事發一封告別信。

如下是筆者常用的英文告別信格式。

Dear all,

 

Today is my last working day in XYZ project.

 

It is my great honor to have this opportunity to work with all of you guys. I learned too much from you during I worked in this project.For me,it is one of most wonderful memory of my life to work with you.

 

All good things come to an end.I really would like to say thank you all, for the great support and helpful discussions during my time.

 

I wish you all the best at the business side of life, but even more in private with your families and friends.

 

I will miss you in the future, wherever I go. Please do not forget me,but please do not miss me too much either...
