Aix 7一次補丁安裝失敗問題處理

安裝失敗後，檢視日誌提示以下錯誤：

分析安裝日誌，提示   PRE 安裝失敗，詳細日誌如下所示：

根據錯誤提示，顯示該內容需要軟體安裝使用者進行，猜測應該涉及使用者相關問題，透過查詢MOS資訊獲取到該問題在2018年10月GI PSU上，由於報錯相關資訊跟MOS是否吻合，同時使用root使用者驗證$USER資訊和MOS一致，採取MOS提供解決方式嘗試重新安裝，安裝成功。

根據MOS提示在安裝補丁之前配置使用者環境變數

       # export USER=<GRID/DATABASE_SOFTWARE_OWNER>

在安裝grid和Oracle補丁時需使用不同的USER進行安裝,否則容易引起補丁安裝失敗。該問題已在AIX 71和AIX 72上出現。
