容差組相關T-code和定義

 

 

容差包是指在憑證過賬，和過賬清帳時候，可以允許的差額。清帳差額需要制定offset抵消科目

容差組：

1. OBA3： vender/Costumer tolerance 沒有定義，客戶供應商可以無法清帳
2. OBA0： G/L Tolerance in localcurrency 總賬科目容差組，沒有定義GL科目無法清帳

1. OBA4： User tolerance，使用者容差組，沒有定義時候無法F-02過賬

   

OBXZ 定義GL清帳時候自動產生的對應抵消科目 Differences arising on G/L acct clearing

 

                        

在容差值組中，有百分百和金額，兩者取最小。

如

the local currency is USD. In the field Debit, you have entered 30 USD and in the field Percentage, 1. For amounts up to 3,000 USD therefore, you accept a maximum difference of 1 percent. This means that, depending on the amounts in the line items involved, differences from 0 to 30 USD are tolerated. For amounts over 3,000 USD you accept a maximum difference of 30 USD.
