問題描述：
1 crs_stat  -t  報錯：
CRS-4639: Could not contact Oracle High Availability Services


2 檢視日誌/opt/app/11.2.0/grid/log/rac2/crsd/crsd/log 發現error資訊：
2012-12-21 00:50:29.706: [  CRSOCR][3046602448] OCR api procr_open_key failed for key SYSTEM.crs.11.2.0.1.0. OCR error code = 4 OCR error msg: PROC-4: The cluster registry key to be operated on does not exist.

由此可以看出是orc 叢集配置資訊出錯！


解決辦法：清除之前的配置資訊，重新執行root.sh來配置

具體步驟：root 使用者執行
1  /app/grid/grid11g/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -deconfig   
2  /app/grid/grid11g/root.sh

執行完檢視：crs_stat -t   節點都正常
