恢復sibel某個環境整個SIEBEL schema資料後，再啟動sibel server時，有時會hang死掉，也不生成任何日誌，
解決：
這種情況往往需要reboot這臺siebel server所在的伺服器,再啟動siebel server一般就能正常起來了。
起來的提示資訊中會多一句提示：cleaning up previous execution of .....,如下：
[siebel@xxxx~]$ ./StartSiebSrvr.sh
The Siebel Server will Start
Cleaning up previous execution of SBA_81::xxxxxx...
stopped at Thu Feb 27 16:54:42 2014
Siebel Server "xxxxxxx" (Enterprise "SBA_81")
started at Thu Feb 27 16:54:46 2014, pid: 4908
