VS Code 設定常用檔案頭版權、編輯時間、作者等資訊的snippet

開啟vscode，按快捷鍵ctrl+p，輸入`>snippet`，選擇 “Preference: config user snippets"，新建一個配置檔案，按照下面格式去修改：

儲存，新建一個python檔案，輸入 pythonheader，將會自動替換為下面的內容：

新建一個Test.cpp，輸入cppheader，將會替換為下面的內容：
