LightBeter Software User Agreement

The LightBeter Software User Agreement is an agreement signed between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the LightBeter Software Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as “LightBeter”). LightBeter software refers to LightBeterPC client and LightBeter related APP software.

1. Important notes

1.1 To access and use LightBeter software, users must carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement in advance, including the exemption clauses exempting or limiting LightBeter’s liability and the user’s rights restriction clauses. If the user does not agree to this agreement, you should not use or voluntarily cancel the service provided by LightBeter. 1.3 After the user accepts this agreement, this text may be modified due to changes in national policies, products, and the environment for performing this agreement. Seven days after the revised agreement is announced, “LightBeter” will be deemed to have notified the user of the revised content of the agreement. 2. User rules

2.1 Users must not reverse engineer, reverse compile, or decompile the software; they must not use third-party plug-ins to interfere, modify, or destroy the software; they must not use possible bugs or rule loopholes in the software for personal gain.

2.2 Users shall not use LightBeter’s services to produce, copy, publish, disseminate or store information containing the following contents:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining the state’s religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstition;

(5) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;

(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legal rights of others;

(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

2.3 The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the information published and disseminated when using LightBeter, and at the same time guarantees that such information does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

2.4 The user guarantees to comply with other platform rules published by the LightBeter platform when using LightBeter.

2.5 If LightBeter finds that the user has acted under 2.1 to 2.5, all responsibilities shall be borne by the user. At the same time, LightBeter has the right to take penalties including but not limited to the following penalties based on the circumstances of the violation: temporarily suspending the account, permanently freezing the account, and permanently suspending the account , Recover account numbers, eliminate illegal gains, deduct fines from deposits or commissions, etc.

3. Inform the statement

3.1 The user must understand that there may be anonymous or pseudonymous information from others including threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content or behavior or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) when using the LightBeter service The user shall bear the above risks. LightBeter does not guarantee the service, whether explicit or implicit, including all relevant information about the authenticity, merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, ownership and non-infringement. 3.4 The user understands that the instability of Internet technology may lead to government policy control, virus intrusion, hacking, server system crash, or other risks that cannot be solved by current technology, which may lead to the interruption of LightBeter service or the loss of account items. The user is not human. LightBeter software is not liable for losses caused by factors.

3.5 LightBeter software is not responsible for the product effects, publicity, and information accuracy of the advertisements posted on this website. Users make their own judgments when they come into contact with these advertisements.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 LightBeter’s text, pictures, video, audio, software and other elements, LightBeter service marks, logos and patent rights, LightBeter enjoys the intellectual property rights of all the above contents.

4.2 Users using LightBeter software services can only use LightBeter intellectual property rights within the scope authorized by this agreement and the corresponding license agreement. Unauthorized use beyond the scope constitutes an infringement of LightBeter.

5. Privacy protection
