聯想Thinkpad的win10系統沒有外放沒有聲音，插耳機才有聲音的解決辦法

問題描述：我用的筆記本是聯想thinkpad E570，重灌win10系統後，外放沒有聲音，可是插上耳機就有。音效卡驅動是正常的。
解決方法：到聯想網站 https://newsupport.lenovo.com.cn 輸入自己的機型，安裝兩個熱鍵驅動，就可以正常外放。
