eclipse匯入easypr時需要的jar包,javacpp-0.11.jar,opencv-windows-x86_64.jar,opencv-2.4.11-0.11.jar

雖然大家可能都懂怎麼匯入easypr，但簡單說下吧。

  1. 匯入easypr
    File->import->Existing Projects into Workspace->Browse…。選擇自己下載的easypr-java
  2. 匯入jar包

    這是四個外包的網盤地址。
    選擇匯入專案->Build Path->Configure Build Path…->
