WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 16: 裝置或資源
現象：劃分磁碟有警告，
WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 16: 裝置或資源忙.
The kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be used at
the next reboot or after you run partprobe(8) or kpartx(8)
解決：讓新生成的分割槽生效：
[root@Hengji ~]#reboot #這個是最好的方法(重啟後新的分割槽表不一定生效)
或
[root@Hengji ~]# partx -a /dev/sda #獲得新分割槽表(透過命令partx -a /dev/sda,重新獲得分割槽表,這個還挺好使的)
