Outlook雙擊無法開啟郵件

同事反應說雙擊無法開啟郵件，試著建立一份新的profile情況依舊，故估計是使用者電腦的問題，這種情況之前沒有見過，遂嘗試google，發現有個解決方案，首先嚐試outlook安全模式：

Open Outlook in safe mode and check. Follow the steps listed below to open Outlook in safe mode::


· Close Outlook.


· Click on Start< All Programs< Accessories< Run


· In Run window and type outlook /safe


Note: There is a space between `outlook` and `/`.

竟然可以正常開啟，於是接著嘗試如下步驟：

1) Click on start< Control Panel.


2) Under Control Panel click on Display.


3) Choose the option Change display settings.


4) Disable the second monitor.
