蘋果開發者賬號註冊、申請續費整個流程

一、註冊Apple ID

　　注：申請Apple ID的時候，First Name與Last Name，要填寫個人資料，不要填公司名，一定要填寫正確

　　Personal Information

　　First Name: San

　　Last Name: Li

　　Email Address:你的郵箱

　　Company / Organization:公司英文名稱

　　Country:國家

　　Street Address: 地址

　　City/Town:所在城市

　　State:所在省

　　Postal Code:郵編

　　Phone: 電話，格式為：86-20-電話號碼

　　2：註冊好ID之後，會收到郵件（Thank you for registering as an AppleDeveloper），告知你的Enrollment ID，登你註冊後的Apple ID，

　　3：到了這一步會出現登陸視窗，輸入密碼登陸

　　4:填寫公司資料

　　Enter your company information

　　(All form fields required)

　　Legal Entity Name:公司英文名

　　Legal Entity Type:選擇Company

　　注：Legal Entity Name一定要填寫你所要註冊的公司的英文名稱，不要填寫個人名稱

　　Contact Information

　　Website: 公司網址

　　Country:國家

　　Street Address:地址

　　City/Town:城市

　　State/Province:省份

　　Select State

　　Postal Code:郵編

　　Phone:電話

　　5：填寫公司法人聯絡資料

　　注：

　　First Name，Last Name，一定要填寫公司註冊宮業執照上的法人名稱，

　　Title：職稱

　　Phone：可以填寫你自己辦公室總機號碼。（註冊的過程中，我填寫的都是填的總機號碼，同一個號碼）

　　Email：填寫法人本人郵箱，這個無所謂，能用的郵箱就行

　　6：

　　7：會收到郵件Thank You for Submitting Your Enrollment

　　注：以上Enrollmenu ID，一定要記住。

　　8：然後會有一個review的過程，大概一兩天會有郵件（iOS Developer Program Enrollment ）給你上傳公司營業執照影印件與公司英文名稱證明說明。

　　9：傳真到+1-408-974-7683，將營業執照影印件，蓋上自己公司公章，然後再列印一份，公司英文名稱證明，加蓋公章，我的格式如下：

　　1.營業執照上，與名稱證明表上一定都要寫上Enrollment ID和Follow-up number

　　2.然後記得將公司營業執照與英文名稱證明掃描一份檔案出來，將兩者壓縮傳送郵件附件到chinadev<[ft=#0070af,,

　　3.然後打個電話給蘋果中國4006 701 855（Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 SGT），說你們已將資料傳真過去，然後還發了附件到chinadev，告訴他們你的Follow-up number，讓他們查詢一下是否收到了郵件，然後他們就會很快幫忙處理

　　10：收到郵件Apple Developer Program Enrollment Update

　　點選 Program License Agreement，繼續申請過程。

　　注：還是要不停的打蘋果中國的電話，催他們幫忙處理，不然又要等好幾天（態度要好點哈。嘿嘿）

　　11：收到付款郵件，然後登陸Apple ID，下載purchase form.pdf，記錄Program:

　　iOS Developer Program US$99/year

　　Enrollment ID:

　　Person ID:

　　Full Name:

　　Email:

　　Phone:

　　用Photoshop開啟purchase form.pdf，進行編輯

　　第一項：選iOS Developer Program Standard USD$99*

　　第二項：Enter your accept information：填寫以上記錄的Program資料

        注：Enrollment ID可不填，在“$99”處寫個“renew”單詞，表明你是續費申請。Enrollment ID在剛申請時蘋果官方發的郵件附件裡有

　　第三項：Enter your billing information:填寫你本人的信用卡資訊，

　　信用卡型別，Credit card number:信用卡號，Expiration date:有效期，CVV/CVC2 Code：卡後三位

　　Name on card：信用卡賬號人名稱：填寫拼音，必須與信用卡一致.

　　注：以上必須與信用卡一致.

　　第四項：Cardholder Signature:先不填，填完其它資料後列印出來，這個簽名，手寫中文簽名

　　第五項：填寫你的郵箱

　　12：將簽名後purchase form掃描傳真，然後傳送一份附件到chinadev，並打電話給蘋果中國告知你已傳真purchase form過去，讓他們幫忙快速處理一下。

　　13：扣費成功後，就能用了。。

　　注：傳真或郵件，還有電話最好在週五前。。因為蘋果中國，週末休息，會耽誤兩天時間。。
