3節點RAC資料庫夯故障分析

管理資料庫 3 節點二在 6 月 12 號早上 9 點左右 hang 住，   在 9 點 35 ，手動重啟了資料庫，檢視資料庫 alert 日誌，發現在 8 點 57 分，資料庫有報錯

報錯說有oracle 後臺程式超時 ，檢視對應的 trace 檔案

檢視 oracle 官方 MOS ， OERR: ORA-445 "background process %s did not start after %s seconds" Reference Note (Doc ID 18444.1)

Bug 20134113 - ORA-445: background process "m000" did not start after 120 seconds (Doc ID 20134113.8)

目前資料庫的 psu 補丁是 11.2.0.4.181016 ， 觸發了bug20134113 ， 這個bug 在 11.2.0.4.190416 以後的 psu 補丁中修復。
