VMware Cloud Foundation 解決方案中有一個叫 Supportability and Serviceability（SoS）可支援性和可維護性的實用程式，可能你在初始構建 VCF 管理域的時候使用過這個工具，當時使用這個工具在 VMware Cloud Builder 虛擬機器中將用於部署的 VCF 管理域的 Excel 引數錶轉換為 JSON 格式的引數檔案，詳見“VMware Cloud Foundation Part 03：準備 Excel 參數列。”。同樣，這個 SoS 程式也可以在 SDDC Manager 虛擬機器中使用，並且具有更多實用的功能，比如在 VCF 環境中執行狀態檢查以及收集相關元件的日誌等，下面一起來看看如何使用它。
一、SoS 實用程式使用選項
透過 SSH 連線到 SDDC Manager 虛擬機器，SoS 使用程式可以在如下圖中的位置（/opt/vmware/sddc-support）找到它，你可以使用 --version 或 -v 命令選項檢視當前 SoS 實用程式的版本。注意，使用 SoS 程式在執行某些功能選項的時候，可能需要 root 使用者才能執行。

Cluster names associated with a domain which WCP/ESX logs needs to be collectedPass cluster names

四、檢查 VCF 環境執行狀態
SoS 實用程式可用於檢查 VCF 環境中各種元件或服務的執行狀態，包括工作負載域中的連線配置狀態、計算和儲存狀態以及網路配置狀態等。使用 --health-check 選項可以一次性檢查 VCF 環境中的所有狀態，使用 --json-output-dir 選項可以將檢查的結果以 JSON 格式輸出到指定目錄。
注：如果檢查項結果是 GREEN，則表示該項健康狀態為正常（NORMAL）；如果檢查項結果是 YELLOW，則表示該項健康狀態為警告（WARNING）；如果檢查項結果是 RED，則表示該項健康狀態為嚴重（CRITICAL）。
使用 --get-inventory-info 選項獲取指定工作負載域中相關元件的“清單”資訊。

五、收集 VCF 相關元件日誌
SoS 實用程式可用於收集 VCF 環境中相關元件的日誌資訊，包括部署的 ESXi、vCenter Server、NSX Manager 以及 SDDC Manager 等。這些日誌可以用於解決 VCF 中遇到的相關問題，或者用於提供給 VMware 技術支援以協助你解決問題。
可以透過指定特定元件選項以執行特定元件日誌的收集，如果執行 SoS 實用程式（如 sudo ./sos ）而不指定任何特定元件的選項，則 SoS 工具將收集 SDDC Manager、API 和 VMware Cloud Foundation 摘要日誌。可以使用 --collect-all-logs 選項收集所有元件的日誌資訊，不過這需要很長的時間。SoS 日誌收集可能會在 60 分鐘後超時，如果 SoS 實用程式超時，請使用特定選項收集特定於元件的日誌或將日誌收集限制為特定叢集。
注意：預設情況下，SoS 實用程式會將輸出的日誌存放在 SDDC Manager 中的 /var/log/vmware/vcf/sddc-support 目錄，如果需要輸出到指定目錄，可以使用 --logs-dir 選項。在將輸出日誌儲存到相關目錄之前，該實用程式會刪除可能存在的先前執行的輸出檔案，如果要保留較舊的輸出檔案，請使用 --no-clean-old-logs 選項，或者使用 --logs-folder 選項設定一個新的輸出目錄名稱。
