measurement 第一課，老師是做 超聲波之類的研究的。我還是做試試能不能有個地方讓我做電源，這個好找事兒做。RF課的課設最難的課題是無線充電，到時候看看。

Wireless - lec 2 linearity
昨天已經瞭解了線性系統和非線性系統的含義。
今天往後具體看到了 non-linearities in wireless systems，第五頁ppt提到了兩種memory effect。
第一種：Bias network induced memory effect。
簡單講是之前的輸入影響了之後的增益。因為在power amplifier裡，輸入電壓影響supply current，因為inductance的存在，Vdrain就改變了，從而增益改變
第二種：thermal memory effect
Power dissipation in the power amplifier varies with input signal, which cause changes in temperature.
Since temperature changes slowly, the circuit remembers previous operating conditions.
常在PA前面加DPD，digital predistortion，用來補償PA非線性。
複習一下BJT的電流公式
後面還涉及到BJT差分電路，我忘記怎麼推了，Gray的書裡有。
