ora-21561 OID generation failed
今天給客戶裝Oracle（aix5.3 + raw + oracle10g）,在點選finsh開始建庫時報：
ora-21561 OID generation failed.
簡單google了下，大都說是hosts檔案的問題，於是開啟/etc/hosts檔案看看，發現除了註釋僅有一行，見下：
127.0.0.1 loopback localhost # loopback (lo0) name/address
於是在其下加上具體的IP地址和對應的主機名稱，如：
10.13.28.99 ligle
繼續安裝就沒問題有任何問題了…
