我在win7 64 位旗艦版的電腦上用xampps在部署onethink不成功，老是提示下面錯誤：

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

Error 500
localhost
Apache/2.4.10 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.0.1i PHP/5.6.0
操作步驟：直接拷貝，解壓後的目錄到htdocs目錄下或者在在htdocs下面新建一個目錄拷貝進行都是提示這個錯誤。
其他的tp專案是正常執行的。
