公佈了2013年10月份程式語言排行榜，細心的朋友可能會發現，本月前三甲有所變動，Objective-C與C++位置悄然互換（莫非是由iPhone 5S土豪金的緣故） ，分別為：C、Java、Objective-C。
值得一提的是，本月Groovy首次進入前20名（排名18，2012年10月份其排名53位，上升幅度強勁）。Groovy是一種物件導向的指令碼語言，能夠執行在Java虛擬機器上。其完全相容Java， Groovy的語法與Java非常相似，因此很容易將Java語言編譯成Groovy。Groovy能否在未來幾個月繼續保持前20的排名呢？我們翹首以待。
其他看點，PHP、Transact-SQL、Visual Basic .NET、COBOL上升趨勢也較為迅猛。

It is fully compatible with Java, making it easy to combine Java programs with Groovy. There is quite some competition in this field of lightweight languages that fit together with Java. Groovy beats other well-known JVM languages such as Scala (#36), JavaFX Script (#41) and Clojure (#76). Let's see whether it can keep its top 20 position the next few months.
