解決fitz模組報錯
使用Python處理PDF文件時，需要使用fitz模組。由於Python 3.8與fitz有相容問題，會出現以下錯誤資訊：

RuntimeError: Directory 'static/' does not exist
解決辦法是解除安裝fitz模組，安裝pymupdf模組。執行的命令如下：
pip uninstall fitz
pip install pymupdf
