一次oracle 9i physical standby database 的監聽未啟動導致的主庫日誌傳輸不到目的端

主庫做了幾次alter system switch logfile;

看主庫的alert日誌：

後來在目的端lsnrctl start，主庫的alert中馬上就有了反映：
