TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection For ORACLE 10G （AIX6.1)

現象：

Client 連線報錯：ORA-12537: TNS :連線關閉

alert log:

Errors in file /ora103/admin/STCSAPP/bdump/stcsapp_psp0_192826.trc:
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:fork failed with status: 11
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Resource temporarily unavailable
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpspawn3

TNS LOG如下：

TNS-12549: TNS:operating system resource quota exceeded

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

TNS-00519: Operating system resource quota exceeded

IBM/AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 11: Resource temporarily unavailable

Solutions:

1）檢視maxuproc引數當前值
lsattr -El sys0|grep maxuproc
maxuproc 1024 Maximum number of PROCESSES allowed per user True
2）使用命令chdev將maxuproc引數調大到1024
# chdev -l sys0 -a maxuproc=1280
