WPF 的 Viewport3D 等 3D 模組在帶 Intel UHD 770 裝置上丟擲渲染異常

在帶 Intel UHD 770 的裝置上,使用舊版本驅動,即小於 30.0.101.1660 版本驅動,將會導致 WPF 的 3D 模組出現渲染異常。此問題和 WPF 無關,此問題是 Intel 的 bug 且最新驅動版本已修復
