在Windows10上使用dbca配置oracle19.3.0.0時，報錯DBT-50000 無法檢查可用記憶體

查詢官方文件2631718.1，發現是由於bug導致的報錯

現象：When create a 19c database, during the memory allocation portion in "Specify configuration option" it throws an DBT-50000 error.

It looks like Doc ID 2543754.1, but in this environment did not set the ORA_CRS_HOME environment variable.

原因：This issue is caused by Bug 29686671.

處理方法：Run dbca with "-J-Doracle.assistants.dbca.validate.ConfigurationParams=false"

在執行dbca時帶上後面的引數：

dbca -J-Doracle.assistants.dbca.validate.ConfigurationParams=false
