[20200115]監聽中沒有xdb服務.txt

--//連結http://www.itpub.net/thread-2123866-1-1.html的問題，檢視監聽狀態發現沒有XDB的服務。
--//問題的原因是對方沒有配置shared_servers＝0.透過測試說明：

1.環境：
SYS@book> @ ver1

2.測試：
