這是由於你的 mysql 版本低造成的問題，如果版本在 5.7.7 以下，則會報這個錯誤，但是好像 8 也會報錯

解決方法：在app\Providers\AppServiceProvider.php中的 boot 方法中新增程式碼\Schema::defaultStringLength(191);
