.net core 使用阿里雲簡訊傳送SMS

阿里雲官方的skd(aliyun-net-sdk-core,aliyun-net-sdk-dysmsapi)在dnc中傳送簡訊會出錯,nuget上的包貌似也一樣不管用。直接改下sdk當然也可以,但就發個簡訊,官方的sdk實在是有點繁雜,其實可以簡單化,一個類就搞定。
