在Win10 TH2 10586 v1511版本中，32位的cygwin無法fork64位的程式，
解決方法
下載最新的Cygwin 2.4.0-0.9並覆蓋到cygwin或cygwin64目錄中，https://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2015-12/msg00090.html
