oralce密碼檔案要注意SID的大小寫問題

AIX Oracle 10.2.0.5 搭建物理Dataguard

已經搭建過很多次了，按照之前的經驗搭建，restore database完成後，開始應用歸檔，日誌報錯

確認密碼正確，密碼檔案也沒什麼字尾。並且全部重置過密碼後故障依舊。

後來發現，Dataguard端的SID是大寫，而密碼檔名SID不分為小寫，修改為大寫後解決問題。
