Oracle 資料庫連線錯誤解決方法
出現了ORA-12170: TNS: 連線超時的情況.
透過SQL*PLUS, TOAD等Oracle客戶端連線Oracle Server時出錯的解決步驟：
1> Ping Oracle_Server_IP
The ping utility
is used to test the connectivity to a remote machine.
2> Tnsping
The tnsping utility
is used to determine whether or not an Oracle service can be successfully
reached.
3> netstat -na
檢視下埠，一般監聽埠為1521
4> 檢視是否有防火牆開啟
