Privileges on the Defining Function (204)

The index owner needs the EXECUTE privilege on the
function used to define a function-based index. If the EXECUTE privilege is revoked,
Oracle marks the index DISABLED. The index owner does not need the EXECUTE
WITH GRANT OPTION privilege on this function to grant SELECT privileges on the
underlying table.

定義函式上的許可權
1. 對於在函式索引中定義的函式 ， 使用者必須具有EXECUTE許可權
2. 如果EXECUTE許可權被回收 ， 函式索引被標記為失效
3. 函式索引擁有者可賦予SELECT許可權on underlying table 而不需要WITH GRANT OPTION.
