backoffice 裡，把 Spartacus website 的 WCMS cockpit preview url，改成本地 Spartacus url：
http://localhost:4299/powerto...
注意把前面的 https 去掉。
確保這個 url 本地訪問沒有問題。
點選 Pages，建立新的頁面：
當 Storefront 無法渲染時，首先檢查 SPA Powertools 這個 site 在 Backoffice WCMS 裡的設定是否正確：
開啟 Spartacus powertools Site，切換到 WCMS properties，檢查 WCMS Cockpit Preview URL：
這個 URL 必須在本地可以訪問才行：
https://localhost:4200/powert...
http://localhost:4200/powerto...
