Oracle動態執行表不可訪問

在scott 使用者下，執行查詢語句是出現“Oracle動態執行表不可訪問”

經查，是因為使用者許可權不夠所致，修改scott使用者許可權語句如下：

grant select on V_$session to scott;
grant select on V_$sesstat to scott;
grant select on V_$statname to scott;

用sys使用者登入，執行以上sql，成功即可。
