關於HAIP

在Oracle 11.2.0.2版本之前，如果使用了OS級別的心跳網路卡繫結，那麼Oracle仍然以OS繫結的為準。從11.2.0.2開始，如果沒有在OS層面進行心跳冗餘的配置，那麼Oracle自己的HAIP就啟用了。所以你雖然設定的172.168.1.198，然而實際上Oracle使用是169.254這個網段
