表空間擴充套件過程 停電導致異常中斷, 無法啟動

因為資料檔案不夠大小,所以進行空間的擴充套件, 慘遭停電,憤怒之極.

資料庫無法正常啟動,進入控制檯
在控制檯 啟動資料庫 出現如下錯誤

ORA-01122: ?????2????
ORA-01110: ????2?'E:\ORANT\DATABASE\USR1ORCL.ORA'
ORA-01200: 1479635?????????1576787??????

(user_data對於的資料檔案就只有USR1ORCL.ORA)

我已通過dbv 檢測了資料檔案,檔案順利通過檢測,所以資料檔案本身應該沒有問題.  

查了一下 01122的 文件

Cause: The size of the file, as returned by the operating system, is
smaller than the size of the file as indicated in the file header and
the control file. Somehow the file has been truncated.

Action: Restore a good copy of the datafile from a backup and perform
recovery as needed  

這裡的措施是不是說要有備份?  可以當前我沒有備份.
如何可以不用備份, 修復系統.
